Homes:

Condos:

El Segundo homes and Hermosa Beach condos were selling over asking in July. Hollywood and Hermosa Beach homes buyers as well as Malibu condo buyers got the best deals in terms of negotiating the asking prices down.

Prices across the board went up, on average, with Venice and Santa Monica homes and Santa Monica and Hermosa Beach condos increasing the most.

West Hollywood and Malibu condos saw the only drops in prices comparing to previous couple of months.
